He can not only find you your dream home but he can help you design it, remodel it and see value where you would never dream. He recently found us an amazing home in a neighborhood in San Francisco we never thought possible we could afford. Amir Hardy is, in my opinion, a real gem within the real estate field both as a person and as an agent. He is very honest and puts his clients' interests first, to make sure they get the best home they can afford. Besides being an amazing person, he is extremely knowledgeable not only about the real estate market in the whole Bay Area but also about construction and interior design. This is really invaluable because when you work with him you actually have three professions covered very well by one single person. He can advise you not only about prices and locations but also about the condition of the property and how to fix it or how to remove or add something or how to decorate it and how much all that would cost.
