Learn more about Noe Valley and the reasons it’s such a wonderful place to live:

Diverse Noe Valley homes for sale

Noe Valley real estate consists mostly of Victorian-style single-family homes. The significant number of old Victorian houses has become synonymous with the neighborhood and one of the main draws of the community. There’s something about the beautiful architecture of these established properties that make the place more memorable.

There are also houses in more recent styles. Expect to see an array of Contemporary, Custom, and Modern homes. Properties in the area come with new amenities, as well.

Here, you’ll find everything from quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bath homes to spacious residences with 4 beds and 4 baths. Whether you’re living alone or with your family, there’s something that’s just right for you in Noe Valley.

Condos in the town center are also available for those who want to be closer to shops.

Suburban calm with city comforts

Noe Valley offers the quiet and calm of suburbia but with all the conveniences of the city. The secluded location makes it a great place to relax and step away from the busy city life. And yet you’ll still have wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment options. There’s also a lively nightlife scene around the area.

The neighborhood is within walking distance of two other great San Francisco locales, which provide residents with more recreational opportunities. Mission District’s vibrant art, culture, and foodie scene is just 1.7 miles northwest of Noe Valley. The nearby Castro District, the historic bastion of the LGBTQ community, is less than a mile north.

Sunny weather and outdoor spots

Noe Valley’s location is ideal. Adjacent to the Twin Peaks and Diamond Heights Hills, it has fewer foggy days and a lot more sunshine compared to other areas in San Francisco.

Plenty of recreational options

Noe Valley still has a quaint, small-town feel because there aren’t any big touristy attractions in the area. The dining and shopping scene consists of an array of small retailers and independently-owned businesses.

The official shopping district in the neighborhood is on 24th Street. This part of Noe Valley is lined with storefronts, from vintage clothing stores to furniture shops to a chocolatier and brunch spots. On Saturdays, there’s a farmers market that sells fresh produce and other artisan goods. If it gets too crowded on 24th Street, head over to the smaller shopping area on 29th Street.
